Return Pick-up and Processing

• During the pick-up, the product will be checked for the following conditions:
  • Correct product (matching product name, image, color, clarity, and origin)
  • Complete product (including all documentation, certificates, bill, user guide, etc.)
  • Unused product (in its original condition)
  • Undamaged product (without any scratches or holes)
  • Undamaged packaging (original packaging/box)
• Astrojohri reserves the right to refuse the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
• The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and verified.

General Rules for a Successful Return

• Please return the same product that was delivered to you. No refund or exchange will be provided for a different product.
• Please make a video of the product when packaging and handling it for pick-up.
• Please follow the above process to ensure a smooth and successful return.
